Businesses and communities can do a lot to prepare for the consequences of the many hazards we face in today’s world including natural hazards like floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, and widespread serious illness. Human-caused dangers include accidents, and acts violence & terrorism by people. Examples of technology-related threats are the failure or malfunction of systems, equipment or software. Preventing the above is what this National Preparedness Month Week 4 is focused on. Get your business, campus, community organization, and/or faith-based organization prepared for an emergency!
