Due to our high volume with the shipping companies, our rates have dropped and we are passing the savings on to you.
So while fuel surcharges are rising, and freight companies are gouging... We are passing on greater savings to you!
  • Unlike most online stores that "pad" their shipping cost, or charge "shipping & handling" we do not. We calculate shipping for your order live, online - to give you the best rates based upon our cost of shipping the product. You get to view the shipping rates and select your shipping choice online at checkout or by Toll Free call if you prefer, before completing order and paying.
  • In fact, if we have to split the order into multiple shipments, we pick up the extra.
  • The only time you might pay extra would be special handling, website error, or miscalculation.
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address, or email or give us a call toll free for quotes on other shipping methods if you only have a PO, APO, or FPO..

Shipping fees are for Ground delivery to the 48 contiguous US States only.

We offer shipping worldwide, but minimum order quantities apply and rates will vary to other areas. Some of these fees are available through the online checkout process. If you do not find the shipping option you require during the checkout process, please submit your order via Fax using the order form, or email or give us a call toll free for assistance.

48 State orders are usually shipped within 1-2 Business Days via UPS Ground or similar carrier. Delivery guaranteed in 1-14 business days, barring unforeseen circumstances. In the event of outside circumstances preventing us from maintaining this policy, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number you provide us with your order.

Our standard shipping guarantee is 1-14 business days, as stated above, but most orders ship within 24-48 hours via UPS ground, thereby arriving MUCH sooner, however, we cannot guarantee anything other than our stated policy of 1-14 business days, unless you pay for Express Shipping. Note: We deliver without a signature requirement to save you money, if you require a signature, an additional fee applies. You must notify us when placing the order that you wish to add the signature required option and fee, or we cannot be responsible for packages left without signature.

International, APO, and other "Special" Deliveries vary - prices quoted in checkout process are approximate, should the carriers assess additional fees, or require additional handling, you may be contacted for additional payment before your order ships. We cannot be responsible for any import taxes or duties charged by your government. Please note, we will endeavor to provide as much information as we can to assist you with International orders, but we cannot be aware of all policies, duties, fees, and regulations of every Country and Import/Customs Department worldwide. Any information we provide for International orders is tentative, and our responsibilities and liabilities for your order end at the US Border.

Express shipping quoted online is for expedited processing after the 1-2 business days order processing. While we make every effort to ship in stock Express orders the same day they are placed (if placed by Noon Pacific) out of stock items or items requiring drop-shipping from the Manufacturers may not ship for 1-3 business days after you place the order - the express time (overnight, two day, 3 day) you select will begin at the time of actual shipment. When considering Express Shipping, please remember that shipping carriers do not count weekends or holidays, so - as an example - an overnight order shipped on a Friday would arrive Monday typically,
If ground shipping will achieve the same result, our order processing may choose to expedite processing, and still ship via Ground if result will be the same.

Depending upon products ordered and quantity, your order may ship from - Oceanside, CA - Walnut, CA - Valencia, CA - Phoenix, AZ - Boise, ID, Las Vegas, NV - Brooklyn, NY - Vancouver, WA - Ft. Atkinson, WI - or directly from a supplier.

AED ship time can be up to 30 days.

- Purchase products at our low online prices! If it’s not what you anticipated, give us a call and request a Return Authorization code from one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives.  * Products must be returned in resalable conditions.
- Products must be in resalable condition in order to receive full product refund.
- Shipping is paid by the customer to and from our warehouse.
- Get a complete product refund for all returned and resalable items once they’re returned to our warehouse, inspected, and restocked.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of original ship date.
- If you wish to return an item due to manufacturer warranty issues, or transit damages, please shoot us an email or give us a call toll free.

We genuinely value our customers and their business, this is why we developed a No Hassle Return Policy for efficient and convenient handling of returns. All you need to do is contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number, note this as reference on the box, and ship – We’ll handle the rest!
As a business of over 30 years, we are confident in our products and sure you will be as pleased with them as we are, but in the event that you do need to make a return, please email or give us a call Monday-Friday from 6:00-5:00 Pacific Time / 9:00-8:00 Eastern Time so that a friendly, experienced Customer Service Representative can assist you.

Please note, however, that to ensure prompt processing and proper handling of returned items, only pre-authorized returns can be accepted.

Should your return be sent back to our Corporate Hub, from where 90%+ of our orders ship, there will be no restocking fee incurred. However, if your return is due to one of our remote warehouses or directly from a Manufacturer, a 20% fee may be charged, dependent on the facility’s policies and conditions – we will confirm this with them, and you, at the time of your return request. To reiterate - If your product shipped from a location other than our Oceanside, CA warehouse special return instructions and restocking fees may apply. Please contact us by shooting an email or give us a call before shipping any such items back.
A return received after 30 days will be denied and subject to restocking fees and other charges. Returned products must be in original packaging, unopened, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Food, Water, Medications, Medical Devices, Custom Products, Special Order items, DVDs/CDs/Videos & Oxygen cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to FDA and other Health requirements, we cannot accept open item returns. Due to Health laws, items containing food or water cannot be returned. Due to copyright Laws CDs, DVDs, Student Materials and Videos cannot be returned. While Oxygen may be returned in some circumstances, there is a special handling process involved due to hazardous materials shipping standards, so please contact us by email or give us a call for directives and information.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The main reason we are able to offer the lowest pricing online is that the vast majority of our orders are pre-paid at time of ordering - we maintain no expensive Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections Departments. This is how we can offer these Quality First Aid Items at Wholesale Direct Pricing to the public, at prices are so far below all our competition.

We accept PO's, but not as a form of payment, unless you have already established an account with credit terms, and pre-paid your initial order. Questions about submitting a PO? Email or give us a call we'd be happy to provide a fax or direct email once you contact as well. 

If you require an invoice in order to pay, you may fax, email or give us a call for directives and information. or use the First Aid Order Form, and we can fax/email you back an invoice, with terms being pre-payment, for shipment upon receipt of your check or money order. Or you can call us back at anytime to pay over the phone with a credit card. We are pleased to send you an invoice for pre-payment via email (or fax if your prefer). This will assist if your organization must process a PO and invoice to issue a check. Otherwise, you may find it more expedient to place your order via credit card online, or save your order and print out for your Accounts Payable, or utilize our EASY self-calculating First Aid Order Form, then submitting for reimbursement at your end.

Please note that PayPal Credit is an option at checkout as well - the terms and approval are subject to their program, but we encourage you to check out the options!

Generally, all our items will have 12 Month expiration or greater - many items, such as eye wash, cold packs and burn items are good for many years. Some items, such as bandages, may have no expiration at all. The possible exceptions to the 12 Month guarantee are sale or clearance items or if specifically noted in the listings.
*** 2024 update / Due to supply chain issues and unavailability of certain important first aid component items, some kits may ship with less than 12 Month expiration due to the need to build kits with available stock. This will only affect a few items within the kits, but we will always date the entire kit based upon the shortest dated item within. If expiration dates of entire kit are critical during this time of scarcity, please call in Toll Free to check expiration of available stock before ordering. ***

Most products offer 1-5 year Warranty coverage as well... be sure to ask us if you would like to know the coverage on any specific items - feel free to email or give us a call Monday-Friday from 6:00-5:00 Pacific Time / 9:00-8:00 Eastern Time.
