New lower shipping prices - WHY?

Thanks to you... we've grown, and grown, and grown...
Due to our high volume with the shipping companies, our rates have dropped and we are passing the savings on to you.
So while fuel surcharges are rising, and freight companies are gouging... We are passing on greater savings to you!

Unlike most online stores that "pad" their shipping cost or charge "shipping & handling", we do not. We calculate shipping for your order live, online - to give you the best rates based upon our cost of shipping the product. You get to view the shipping rates and select your shipping choice online at checkout or by calling Toll Free if you prefer, before completing your order and paying.

In fact, if we have to split the order into multiple shipments, we pick up the extra. (All this while maintaining the lowest First Aid, CPR, Preparedness and Safety product prices online!)

The only time you might pay extra would be special handling, website error, or miscalculation.

Finally...if you still think the shipping is high, or you could get a better rate - just place your order Toll Free and ask us to ship your order on your own FedEx or UPS account - that's fine with us... and we'll charge no extra fees - you'll just pay your own shipping bill when it arrives from your carrier.

Shipping Policies

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address, or email us for quotes on other shipping methods. (While UPS is our default courier, and we can extend great discounts to you due to our massive shipping volume with them, we do also have the ability to ship most products FedEx or USPS if your prefer - although rates may be higher.)

Shipping fees are for Ground delivery to the 48 contiguous US States only.

We offer shipping worldwide, but minimum order quantities apply and rates will vary to areas outside the contiguous 48 United States. Some of these fees are available through the online checkout process. If you do not find the shipping option you require during the checkout process, please submit your order via Fax using the order form, or call us Toll Free @ (800) 933-8495

48 State orders are usually shipped within 1-2 Business Days via UPS Ground or similar carrier. Shipping guaranteed in 1-14 business days, barring unforeseen circumstances*. In the event of outside circumstances preventing us from maintaining this policy, we will contact you using the contact information you provide with your order to discuss options.

Our standard shipping guarantee is 1-14 business days, as stated above, but most orders ship within 24-48 hours via UPS ground, thereby arriving MUCH sooner, however, we cannot guarantee anything other than our stated policy of 1-14 business days, unless you pay for Express Shipping. Note: We deliver without a signature requirement to save you money, if you require a signature, an additional fee applies. You must notify us when placing the order that you wish to add the signature required option and fee, or we cannot be responsible for packages left without signature.

International, APO, and other "Special" Deliveries vary - prices quoted in checkout process are approximate, should the carriers assess additional fees, or require additional handling, you may be contacted for additional payment before your order ships. We cannot be responsible for any import taxes or duties charged by your government. Please note, we will endeavor to provide as much information as we can to assist you with International orders, but we cannot be aware of all policies, duties, fees, and regulations of every Country and Import/Customs Department worldwide. Any information we provide for International orders is tentative, and our responsibilities and liabilities for your order end at the US Border.

Express shipping quoted online is for overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping after processing. Please remember that orders take 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping. Also, remember that the shipping day doesn't count in the ship time. (Example 2-day shipping on an order that ships on a Tuesday means Thursday delivery, not Wednesday - the ship day is not counted.)

If ground shipping will achieve the same delivery day result, our order processing may choose to expedite processing, and still ship via ground if delivery day will be the same.

Depending upon Products ordered and Quantity, your order may ship from Phoenix, AZ - Encinitas, CA - Walnut, CA - Valencia, CA - Guilford, CT - Clearwater, FL - Boise, ID - Chicago, IL, Davenport, IA - Henderson, NV - Chelmsford,  MA - Kansas City, MO - Mooresville, NC - Columbus, OH - Wilsonville, OR - Garnet Valley, PA - Newtown , PA - Cranston, RI - Dallas, TX - Nashville, TN -  Redmond, WA - Vancouver, WA - Ft. Atkinson, WI - Brooklyn, NY - Ellenville, NY - or directly from a supplier.

AED ship time can be up to 30 days.

Overweight fees apply to certain heavy items such as Cold Packs, Eye Wash, Emergency Survival Food, and other extremely heavy items. ORM-D / Hazmat fees apply to some items when shipping via express methods, and even for ground shipments of certain extremely hazardous items. We will contact you using the contact information you provide with your order to discuss options if your order contains these items and shipping adjustments are required. Customers may request quotes for Express shipping. Express delivery quotes begin the day after order and payment are received.

Shipping Address

Double check your address, we have no way of knowing if your address is correct or not. Be sure to use the extra address lines checking out online to include suite or apartment numbers, special delivery notes to driver, etc. If you have special delivery needs you can always email us questions BEFORE placing your order online, or call us toll free. Please note that once an order has shipped the carriers will charge us for address corrections and will also charge shipping both ways for undeliverable addresses. Since they charge us we must pass these charges on to you. Whether you order online or by phone you will receive an order confirmation email as well as a shipping email - both will list the address so please review and confirm.

For a limited time, we are offering FREE SHIPPING* for some orders over $499! Overweight and Oversize fees may still apply on some items, but Ground Shipping (1-14 Business/Shipping Days) is FREE on some orders over $499. Call us to see if your order qualifies... most "First Aid" items do. Most Cold Packs, Liquids (Alcohol, Eye Washes, etc.), Survival Kits (Food & Water), & Most Healthcare/Nursing Manikins do not, but ALL Prestan, CPR Prompt, and Basic Buddy Manikins do - these items are just too bulky and heavy - but even these may qualify for Free Shipping in some circumstances. Some special items such as Clearance and Fundraiser First Aid Kits will not qualify for this special, even though light, we are selling at or below cost already, so cannot include free shipping. ~ The margins are just so low, we would be paying you to take them otherwise...
