How do I place an order
We have no Minimum Order amount.
You may complete your purchase by paying with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover by any of the above methods. PayPal or BillMeLater are available as well to purchase safely Online! Wire transfer payment is also accepted (fees apply) checks and money orders are acceptable forms of payment for mail in orders as well.
International orders must be placed by phone (800) 933-8495, fax (760) 944-2959, or email - other fees may apply.
How do I know if my item is in stock and currently available?
We do have items in stock at some of our locations, however not all of the items are in stock at every location. If we have the item you are looking for in stock and you live close by, you may set up a "will call" at our warehouse. An order will need to be created before doing so because unlike a conventional retail store, we will need to prepare your order from the warehouse, our walk in locations are "display rooms" as opposed to actual off-the-shelf retail stores. Orders will still need to be paid for before picking up the items, but there, of course, will be no shipping fee if we will not be shipping out the items. You can arrange a "will call" over the phone by checking availability of the item of your interest and placing an order with one of our safety consultants.
I am having trouble adding items to my "Shopping Cart"... What can I do?
Some Internet Browsers open a separate window, tab, or Pop-up for your First Aid, CPR & Safety Supply Shopping Cart. You may have to disable your Pop-Up blocker, or security settings to allow these functions from our site. You may already have a separate window, tab or pop-up open, but you do not see it because it is "behind" this window - minimize this window (the minus "-" symbol in the upper right hand corner) to see... This will show you what is behind, and then you can just go to the bottom of your screen to "maximize this window again and continue. I want to order large quantities, can I get a lower price?
All online prices are set at specific levels, based upon our packaging and case quantities... Most items display Quantity Discounts as well. These DISCOUNTED RETAIL & WHOLESALE DIRECT prices on multiple item purchases will adjust automatically in your shopping cart as you increase your quantity to the threshold levels for deeper discounts. Greater discounts are available on some items in Bulk. In general, Bulk discounts begin at a MINIMUM of 48 units ~ smaller items may require larger quantities for "Bulk" Discounts.If you are looking to purchase quantities significantly higher than the largest quantity discount level show on line for a particular item, the please Click Here for a Bulk Quote! Give us as much information as possible to speed up the process... Who What When Where Why... We accept PO's, but not as a form of payment. Only pre-paid orders are shipped...if you fax to (760) 944-2959 or message us from our Contact Page or mail in a Purchase Order, or if your call and place an order with us Toll Free at the number below, we are pleased to send you an invoice for pre-payment via email (or fax if your prefer). This will assist if your organization must process a PO and invoice to issue a check.
Otherwise, you may find it more expedient to place your order via credit card online, or utilizing our EASY self-calculating First Aid Order Form, then submitting for reimbursement at your end.
If you require an invoice in order to pay, you may fax in a Purchase Order to (760) 944-2959 or message us from our Contact Page, or use the First Aid Order Form, and we can fax/email you back an invoice, with terms being pre-payment, for shipment upon receipt of your check or money order. Or you can call us back at anytime to pay over the phone with a credit card.
Can I pay for my order with a check or money order?
Checks and Money Orders are acceptable forms of payment. Our recommended method for ordering with a check:
- Do your shopping on FirstAidProduct.com
- Add all your items with updated quantities to your cart
- When you are done, click the shopping cart image in the top right-hand side of your screen
- In your browser window, "File > Print..." to print your shopping cart
- Fill out the printable Order Form
- Mail the following items: (1) Shopping Cart Page with your desired items, (2) Order Form with your information filled in, (3) Check
- If you have a PayPal account you can also choose paypal and at checkout select Echeck
Can I order by phone?
YES! Call us TOLL FREE (800) 933-8495 and one of our Friendly & Knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will assist you in placing your order and answer any questions you may have.
How do I check tracking / delivery of my order? Can I track my order online?
You should receive a confirmation email from us for all online orders within 24 hours of your online order stating the shipping time. You may track your order via this confirmation email, by shipping emails which will follow, or by calling us Toll Free with your order number. If you placed your order online you will first receive an email confirmation from PayPal with a Receipt ID number letting you know your payment went through. Fax & Online orders can take up to 48 hours to process at which time you will receive an email from our order entry system confirming your order with an order number. Since these emails are automatically generated, some email Spam or Junk Mail filters will block them. If you do not receive these confirmation emails, check your filters for them. If you still do not see the confirmations, please call us Toll Free - your order may be incomplete, or your email address may be incorrect. When placing your order online, you will be sent a confirmation email when the payment is captured. If you do not receive this email, no amount was charged to your card. If you are having trouble ordering online, we would love to be of assistance to you over the phone, in which case we can check to verify that you were not charged for this order has already been processed. Due to our automated system, we cannot track an order until it is two business days old. You should receive an automatic tracking email before this time.

We do have retail locations for these products... But the prices we offer at Wholesale Direct Pricing to the public is the online pricing, as we do not have to maintain expensive retail locations ~ We're here, online, with 4 easy ways to order and SAVE!!! Fortunately, while we do not offer any free samples, we do have a way that you can try a product, and still benefit from our bulk discount pricing: You may purchase samples at our discounted online pricing, then if you place your bulk order at a later date, we can credit you with the difference in price between your bulk price and the discount online price you paid for your sample.
