Each compress is about 0.25 lbs, or 4 ounces. The case of 125 compresses is just over 31 lbs.
These packs are instant cold compresses, activated by breaking the inner pouch of crystals, and on average will remain cold, depending on outside factors, for 10-15 minutes.
While these compresses are one-time use, we do have a reusable hot/cold pack, that is about 4.75" x 11.25" and 0.75 lbs (or 12 oz) - shown in the link below.
